Can I order samples?

If you would like to order samples, simply let us know which garments you are interested in and we will do the rest! We are more than happy to send out samples for viewing and sizing to our customers. All we ask is that samples are paid for up front. You can pay using any of our existing payment methods.

Can I return samples?

Certainly. Your payment will be refunded once the samples have been returned. It really is that simple! Of course, garments must be returned in original, clean condition, with all packaging.

PLEASE NOTE! If the returned garments need to be laundered, or the packaging is missing, then you will be charged $15 per garment handling fee. Naturally, damaged samples cannot be returned.

How long before I get my order?

This really is like asking ... "how long is a piece of string"?

Generally you would expect to allow 2 - 3 weeks if you require your garments to be embroidered. Also, be sure to allow adequate time for shipping. We use a combination of Couriers and Australia Post (registered mail), and posting to some outlying areas may take 5 days or more.

Be sure to let us know if you have a deadline you must meet:
Your first order can take between 2-4 weeks.
Every order there after should only take between 7-14 working days.


Please note that we can place jobs as priorities and can process
them quicker should you have a deadline.

This time line is subject to change without notice, and production
times should be checked with every order as outside influences
(eg supplier difficulties) can cause unforeseen delays.

How long before my backorder is filled?

Unfortunately, backorders are a fact of life in the garment industry.
There is no hard and fast rule regarding backorders.
Sometimes they can be supplied in just a few days ... and at the other extreme, garments can be on back order for some weeks.

If there is going to be an appreciable delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you and you will have the choice of changing the colour's or styles, etc of your ordered garments or given the opportunity to cancel the remaining order.

We will do everything we can to push your order through quickly although extra fees may apply for express, overnight delivery, etc.
